Note: this is not the wave of the future for Maine Internet sites, nor should it be taken as a representation of the sites that are existing now based out of Maine, even if this is the only Maine-based site you’ve ever heard of.

Dad’s office is down the street from these guys.

Wow, that’s frightening. My hubby and I are moving to Maine on Sunday, near Houlton (Cary). I tried to email you but it bounced back…. problem with the forwarding thru your umaine account.

Perhaps it will arrive at some point, it keeps trying for 5 days. :)

Was wondering if you had any pics of Cary, in all your Maine travels…. would love to see any. :)

Hey there! I drove through Cary but I don’t think I got any pictures from there specifically. The first few pictures here were taken in Hodgdon and Weston, though, which are right along Route 1 up to Houlton. It’s not all potato fields, just enough for you to realize that there’s a really big industry up there. :)

Welcome to Maine, a few days early. Depending on where you’re moving from, it might be a kind of big change, but I really like it here.
