I ordered the following from OfficeMax yesterday (my confirmation e-mail came at 11:50 AM):

- 100 slim CD cases (FREE after rebates)
- Labtec Spin-50 speakers (FREE after rebates)

There was free shipping over $50. I wanted the switch, and I found the other offers on .

The package came at 5:00 PM today via UPS.
