The newest addition to the family

Meet Cosmos.

Cosmos is the newest addition to the current lineup of computers (KnightTop, iOpener, and Illuminator). Before you declare me insane, keep in mind that I’ll be trying to sell my Dell laptop (KnightTop) and my iMac (iOpener) by the end of the year.

My new PowerBook is basically awesome. I’d hope so, considering the $2400 price tag. Here are the basics:

  • 1.25 GHz G4 processor
  • 512 MB DDR RAM
  • 80 GB hard drive (5400 RPM)
  • 15.2″ widescreen LCD
  • Bluetooth, USB 2.0, Firewire 400/800, Gigabit Ethernet, Airport Extreme, etc.
  • Backlit keyboard

I’m using it all the time, and I’ve already got Mail up and running again alongside all my favorite Mac apps. I hated being without a Mac; the interface is so clean, they’re so easy to use, and they’re just so much more fun than PCs.

Why be redundant, though, when there’s an article that explains it all; ladies and gentlemen, I present “Lick Me, I’m a Macintosh.”
