Can any of my scholarly English/language friends provide me with an example of when unto is used in a context other than in the Golden Rule?

Two spring to mind:
“Seek ye first the Kingdom of God, and his righteousness; then all these things will be added untoyou.” (Matthew 6:33 KJV, also a hymn)
“‘For unto you is born this day in the City of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.’” (Luke 2:11 KJV, but not a hymn)
It’s an archaic word; that’s why you only hear it in Biblical and proverbial contexts.
“unto thine own self be true” – one thats not quite so religious. hehehe
