Good habits start at bedtime
I could really get used to this whole semi-early bedtime thing, especially seeing as how I get up at 7:00 each morning to get ready for work. That doesn’t apply for school or other times when people are doing things past midnight, but it works when I have nothing else to do.
One of the friends I’ve talked to online named Danielle sums it up quite nicely: “its my boring life and i can go to bed at [11pm] if i want to!”
